Today while I was traveling by a bus..a mental step in the bus and passed by me .she was drooling.. while she was passing by me a large drop of her drool fell on my hand..what is the reason for her drooling?..is it because of rabies??.. and chance of me getting infection for this reason??

Well considering her positive for rabies, her drool fell on an intact skin is a type 1 exposure, you just need to wash your hand with soap water that's it. But if it's contacted with bleeding skin or mouth you need to take post exposure prophylaxis (injection)
