Naproxen could be taken 500 mg twice daily for a short time.Its a very good pain reliever.Consider consulting a neurologist for a clinical examination and appropriate management that includes prevention of migraine attacks.
Naproxin is basically a pain killer that is used only for acute attacks of migraine. What you need is a prophylactic therapy which has to be monitord and continued for long so that the frequency and intensity of acute attack is reduced and you can have a life which is minimally impacted because of migraine.
