Lipid profile test having chest pain
Age 33 gaining alot wait. Today i have done lipid profile fasting. Is my report ok or not. Plz guide me. I will be very thankful for ur support.

Change life style n diet plan drastically.  Report  deranged. Add exercise. Go for ecg read by MD physician or cardiologist. Most it's due to gastritis Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR ten days. Mucain gel10 ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be used 3to 4times.  It's safe. Meftal spas ds two times a day after food for 3 to 5 days. Lipid profile  directly  not connect to chest pain. You can go for trop I TEST BLOOD.

Triglycerides and LDL cholesterol levels are slightly elevated.Diet habits include lots of fruits and vegetables, avoid oily food and lifestyle management -physical activity regularly for 30 minutes a day.At this time you don't need any pharmacological treatment.

Triglycerides,  vldl high, Hdl low. Avoid fatty food,  sugary food,  junk food, take more of fresh green vegetables, fresh fruits,  whole , nuts. Do some aerobic physical exercise regularly,  like brisk walking, light jogging, swimming,  yoga,  etc. Get thyroid function tests done. Repeat lipid profile after a month.
