Your total cholesterol and triglycerides levels are slightly elevated. HDL is normal and LDL is borderline. At this stage you don't need any medicine Instead you can start diet modification , increase consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables,restrict fatty,junk food Exercise regularly 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week As for the burning sensation after food, avoid spicy food and use pantoprazol 40 mg domperidone 30 mg once daily for a few days

Hello kapil Dev.please start exercise like brisk walking,cycling etc Avoid oil/fat/ghee/nonveg The LDL and total cholesterol levels are  high. Please avoid rice/deep fries or junk food. Add salads,leafy greens,cucumbers,carrots,broccoli,cabbage,radish( raw) in your diet so that fibre is obtained Consult a cardiologist.
