Hello I have done lipid profile test fasting ldl is 218 and triglycerides are 307 vldl is 62  is there any risk of this much level I need medicine or just diet changes

Since ldl is 218 is at base line and triglycerides are slightely high for this just brisk walk for 40 min and exercise for 30min can help you getting triglycerides low try to avoid junk food sugars and carbs and shift to protien diet and vldl is low try eating ground nut..no medicine is yet to start and you can manage with life style modification
