You can have Tab Paracetamol when you have a fever .
Since it is already day 3 of the fever you should consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination . He may advise some investigations and prescribe antibiotics if indicated

3. Syp Practin 1tsp 1-1-1 x 5 days (before meals)
4. Syp. Gelusil mps 1tsp 1-1-1 x 5 days (after meals)

- Eat fresh fruits and vegetables
- Rest well
Take rest,use otc paracetamol 1gm 3 times daily, drink an adequate amount of water.If not relieved consult a physician in your area for a clinical examination and appropriate management.
