At night I start to feel a warm hot sensation in right part of my face and I start to sweat and my neck and face sweats sometimes I only feel the part to be warm just before it happens like sweating but no sweat and also this feeling happens at the back. Also I have a swollen lymph node in neck that has comparatively reduced but the sore throat still persists. Pls someone reply. This is happening since last 3 weeks. I'm very scared of cancer is it a sign of cancer also is this a kind of night sweat?
Also I'm fatigued now, I have yellow stools and nausea and body aches and pain
