I am a weight lifter and I have been feeling a growing discomfort & pain in the ulnar side of my wrist during radial deviation movements for my left hand in the past week. I tried using wrist straps to make sure my wrist stays fixed during my workouts however the pain has been increasing. Currently, while I am not facing pain or discomfort when my wrist stays at rest, I am unable to put pressure on my wrist with an open palm (for example when getting off my bed etc.) since it is causing a stiffness and dull pain on my wrist, and I am feeling pain or mild discomfort in the ulnar side of my wrist when I am doing radial deviation movements. I understand I need to consult a doctor soon and I will. As of now, can someone please suggest some immediate steps that I can take to at least stop further agitating this issue?

I have taken prescription from doctor from practo but it's clear and again spot come it's first small and then slowly increase and some time it's feel burning on that spot and spot are also from last 2 and half month it's any worry for me or it's normal

I have esr and crp high.Though cbc is normal.I have swollen lymph nodes but they are also getting better now.Lymph node size has been reduced in one week.Ita now 14mm previously it was 16mm.Plz tell me what tests should i do further to rule out the reason of crp n esr high.Crp is 30 and esr is 60.Rest all tests are normal.

For the last one week or so when I bend over I experience pain on the upper left side of head. I drink water in regular basis. I have not taken any medicine and this is first time I have experienced this. Kindly advise

Since two years I'm having irregular upperback pain with stabbing   ach on right side of my sternum . MRI shows loss of cervical lordosis. Painkillers don't work, only a warm water bath make me relax for some hours. Pregabalin, flexabenz, zerodol mr don't work. (Chest x-ray is normal).

My BP is Left hand 120/90 and Right hand 120/98 taken by doctor in clinic. Taking Concor AM 5mg twice daily. Does this elevated lower value any problem. Feeling dizzy and tired.
