Have undergone cholecystectomy 3 years back and having redness and swelling in the upper scar since then, what should I do now?

I m having fissure problem from last 3 months ...even before that I have been having often from last 20 yrs ...on and off ...can I take looz granules in the afternoon and a little cremaffin at night ...I have been taking cremaffin only everyday since last 2 months ...is it ok totake 2 laxatives

T3- 1.35, T4-9.98 and TSH-0.04  I did TSH test and these are results  please check and advise. Thanks in advance

I had tsh level 13.5 5 month before, then doctor prescribed thyroxine 75. After 3 months of taking, I stopped for 45 days.Now my tsh level has decreased to 5.8. I again started thyronorm 75 without showing doctor.I took for 2 days and stooped again.The same days I had panic attacks and lot of fatigue.Next day I went to doctor. He advised that you should never thyroid medication. Hr now prescribed 37.5 mg thyroxine.Since 10 days I am taking daily thyroid medication but I have still fatigue, slight Body pain,low energy and not able to concentrate in office work.i know that thyroid medication will take more few days to fully work.Can you suggest what can I do now to get my energy and concentration back.Any medicine that will work for me?

Sir and ma'am, Left shoulder joint pain and (Cracking & popping sound) while rotating. Doctor asked to stop work out. Are there any meds for the pain. Since workout pause body is going through weak spells along with severe depression. Any suggestions pls as family doctor has written on the prescription that No workout further. Regards
