My 1.5 year daughter fell down From bed , she got bleeding from nose after 15min., And then it's stopped. She is active now. Please suggest me now it's night time, shall I take her hospital or shall I wait till morning

I underwent laser surgery for a complex fistula, fissure, and hemorrhoid on 27th October. While there has been significant improvement, I still experience some pain after passing stool. My doctor mentioned that the healing process outside the anal region is complete, and the wound is covered, but it will take 3 to 6 months for complete healing inside the anal region.
