I am having stomach issues since last few weeks upper endoscopy reports are normal with only a 2cm hiatus hernia. In liver function test report, the sgpt is slightly high which is 36.7 and the alkaline phosphatus is 122 which is quite high. Also, my vitamin d3 levels are severely low 2.72. Please help

I am continuing observing that when I checked my sugar from the right hand side , blood does not make sense by the machine while blood of  the left hand  side senses ,

I underwent a C-section surgery six months ago and have been experiencing a persistent dry cough for the past seven days. The cough hasn’t subsided, and due to continuous coughing, my voice has become hoarse. Additionally, I am feeling pain at my surgery site, which seems to worsen with the coughing. Could you please advise on possible causes and suitable remedies? Should I be concerned about the pain at the surgery site? I would appreciate your guidance on whether I need any medications or tests. Looking forward to your advice.
