You can take tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 3 days.
Tab Cetrrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5 days.
Do gargles with hot water and betadine.
Betadine gargle add 1ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.
MONTE lc one at night for five days.
