Please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. It could be a remnant of a duct known as Vitello intestinal duct.
That is a very rare disorder, but since your symptoms are persisting in spite of adequate treatment, the rare things also have to be considered.
To help with belly button discharge, maintain good hygiene, wear loose clothing, and consider avoiding tight or synthetic clothing that can irritate the area.

Hi,
It's quite normal to have a little bit of discharge from there. However if it's persistent or if you have any pain/fever then it could be local infection
Did you have any skin rash or pimple before the discharge
Did you injure yourself by any chance?
