Can i take naxdom 250 for migraine headache while breastfeeding my 10months old baby Is it safe to have it because paracetamol is not helping me for the  headache

Currently on BP medication but still having BP @ 140/90, 140/85, and 160/85, also having issues with sleep from last few days. Earlier, before 4-5 years had depression which is cured now. Hi I am a 21 year old female been having fast heart beat with minimal exertion but I have been feeling normal when I am in rest, this has disabled me to such an extent that I cannot even move around in the same room without a rise in heart beat which I can feel. Previously I have had no other conditions and I am otherwise healthy, what could be causing this and what can I do immediately?
