Thank you for sharing your symptoms. Your complaints—joint pain, fatigue, vitamin D deficiency, anemia, and white discharge—suggest a combination of nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, and possibly underlying autoimmune or inflammatory conditions. Being a thalassemia minor can further contribute to fatigue and low hemoglobin. But don’t worry, proper preventive and therapeutic interventions can help you immensely.
Next Steps
It’s essential to get a thorough evaluation, including: • CBC, ESR, CRPVitamin D, B12, Iron profile • Thyroid function and hormonal profile • Rheumatology panel (like RA factor, ANA, etc.) Meanwhile, focus on: • A nutrient-rich, anti-inflammatory diet • Vitamin D and B12 supplements (after testing) • Gentle yoga or stretching • Adequate hydration and rest
Health Tips
As a preventive and integrative medicine specialist, I can guide you through a step-by-step personalized plan that includes medical treatment, lifestyle, nutrition, and natural healing support. Please schedule a consultation for a detailed review and long-term solution.

To reduce inflammation, focus on a diet rich in whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats, such as omega-3 fatty acids, while limiting or avoiding processed foods, sugary drinks, and saturated fats.
