Pain and weakness
One month ago I had tachy sinus and I did blood test and echocardiogram and x-ray. Echo cardiogram and chest x ray came back to be normal but blood test showed rbc count 6.1mil, S.G.O.T (AST) 39, Serum sodium 133 I have been having pain in my hand, legs and i am feeling dizzy and have weakness.

Proper history you should note. You should mentioned the how long do you have symptoms? Do you have any comobidity like BP, sugar. Do you on any medication? All these history is very important.

Your Sodium appears to be on a little lower side which may cause weakness and muscle cramp. Take oral rehydration mixture solution to correct electrolyte balance.
