Your  blood report indicate that you have low haemoglobin could be reason of Iron Deficiency Anemia. ESR increase - indicate that you have some infection in your body Pain in hand and inflammation in finger could be due to peripheral neuropathy . Peripheral neuropathy is generally due to deficiency of Vitamin B 12 . So you should test Vitamin B 12 and vitamin D So need complete history to make exact diagnosis and treatment.
