Why I am having low energy and knee joint paining slightly. I am having hyperthyroidism.Tsh level was 13.5 , 6 months before and now 5.8.Taking thyroxine 37.5 mg.My Vitamin D,B12 and haemoglobin levels are normal. I daily run for 10 mins.Let me know what's steps need to be taken?

Now i dnt have prescription for that because i am out of station there is nobody at home who can send me.
