I have high vitamin b 12 levels from a very long time..l feel tired and recently when l checked my levels again it was more than double the rate

Actually my throat is paining due to cold also and mh nose is closed toooo and due to tht my head is to much paining pps anyone help me out i took homopathic medicine and stil im not good even i took azee and sinarest stil i m in pain wht should i doo even i took steammmmm..

My mother had some infection in private area, she saw a doctor, got better, infection was gone. But those medicines reacted in a way that gave her rash and swelling on all of her body. So we saw a dermatologist, which also gave medicine and she got better. Since then she is having problems related to gas , acidity, even if she doest eat and eat bare minimum, she still have bloated stomach and burps. And she complained about having pain in left ribs. Today morning she woke up but her whole body was numb , and had hard time getting up and then she threw up. We are at our village for few days and there is no good doctor, so Can anyone help ?? I got my vitamin D checked in Oct 2024 and it was 5 ng/ml and doctor prescribed me injections. Today I got checked again and now my vitamin D is 129 ng/ml. Is it very high? What should I do to bring it to the normal level?
