Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 7 days , Tab metronidazole 400mg one every 8hours for 5days.
Tab voveran 50mg one every 8 hours for 3 days after meals.
Apply sumeg ointment over it 2 to 3 times daily.
