External boil with pus

Have got a boil which is now emitting pus. While I'm using BETADINE liquid for dressing, need to know if any antibiotics are can help heal faster.

TREATMENT TABLET ACCUCLAVE 625 TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. TABLET SIGMOFLAM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. O.K, BYE.
