Avoid waxing on ur private parts coz it's having a good amount of bacterias that's cozing these boils. Try clipping/ cutting ur hair wid scissor, it reduces hair and coz less infection. For now u need to take oral antibiotics and ointment. Consult

Take a tub filled with hot to warm water n boric powder n sit in it 5to 7 min two times. For 3 to 5 days.
Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days. Montek lc one at night for five days.

Get random blood sugar done.
Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5 days.
Tab combiflam one every 8 hours ,after food for 5 days. Do some hot compression over the boil.
Apply sumeg ointment over it 2 to 3 times per day for 4 to 6 days.
Next Steps
The boil should settle down or burst with above measures. otherwise go for incision and drainage.
