Your BP, pulse rate and Temperature should be recorded. That will decide whether you need IV Fluids and Injectable antibiotics or not.

Important to know the cause of loose motions -
Is it infection ? If yes which type - bacterial / viral: protozoan ( food poisoning )
Is it a sign of any badness ? Blood in stool
Is it anxiety related ?
Is it IBS?
Is it poor gut health ?
Plenty of causes but difficult to ascertain unless you see a doctor and runs tests
Enterogermina respule three times a day for three days just a concentrated probiotic as in buttermilk n curd. So it heals gut mucosa.
Ciplox tz two times a day after food for 3 to 5 days.
Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 3 to 5 days.
Emset4 MD to put under toung it dissolve with saliva slowly once to control nausea. Till required
Light non spicy diet home made like poha curd, rice curd, Khichdi porridge, idali with white chatani.
Plenty of water n liquid lemonade electoral powder buttermilk to keep yourself hydrated.
1. Tab Pantop 40mg once a day in morning before food
2. Tab oflox oz twice a day for 3 days
3. Tab sporolac tgrice a day
4. Take oral fluids and ors solution
Take tab o2 one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab pantop+domperidone one morning and evening for 3 days.
Take ors powder and other fluids with electrolytes like coconut water, butter milk.
Avoid fried, fatty foods
Any History of Fever, Abdominal pain, blood in stools?
Hydrate well
Tab. Sporolac DS Three times daily for 2 days
Tab.Pan-D once in the morning half an hour before breakfast for 3 days
ORS in one litre of water to be consumed over 24 hrs.

Tab. Ondansetron 4 mg – 1 tab when needed for nausea
• Tab. Rifaximin 400 mg – Twice daily × 3 days (if available)

• Zinc 20 mg – Once daily × 7 days
• Diet: Curd rice, banana, khichdi. Avoid milk/spicy/oily food.
• Rest well
See doctor if: blood in stool, high fever, vomiting persists, or severe weakness.
Avoid oily and spicy meals
Drink ORS- around 200 ml after each loose stool
