What you are saying is you have pedal edema which is swelling of legs. Your symptoms of mild leg swelling and pain after office hours are likely due to prolonged sitting, which can reduce circulation and cause dependent edema/ swelling However, your Vitamin D level is very low (5 ng/mL) — this can cause muscle pain, fatigue, and weakness. Advice: Take Vitamin D supplementation as prescribed (usually 60,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks). Walking exercises every one to two hours after work put a pillow under your legs before sleep Stay hydrated during the day. Wear compression socks if swelling persists. If swelling increases, becomes one-sided, or is associated with redness, please consult a surgeon

Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination. Let him measure your leg size every day (morning and evening) for 4-5 days to see if there is really some change in your leg size.
