What you are saying is you have pedal edema which is swelling of legs.
Swelling of legs can be due to local or Systemic causes , Systemic causes after normal Echo can be due to either liver problem or kidney problem.
Check for protinuria - loss of protein in urine .
Do a USG abdomen to look anything compressing your veins and liver condition.
Consult a General physician and evaluate need more history .
