I met with an accident because of which I got 6-7 stitches..can I walk a bit? It pains throughout is it a fracture or something? I'm getting bruises also am I okay?

X ray effected part ap lateral view.
Cold compression
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Chymoral forte three times a day after food for 7 days.
Apply on j crape bandage.
Apply cold compression over bruises, they will subside in a week or 10, 12 days.
For pain take tab chymoral forte one every 8 hours for 5 days.
Use a crepe bandage while walking.
Get X ray of leg done to exclude fracture.
