Met with an accident
Skin got removed from the elbows and feets, it's bleeding. I have applied Dettol but now can you suggest which ointment to apply or medicines to take? Its paining too much. The accident was today only with a two wheeler.

Clean the wound with betadine solutions Take inj TT if you have not taken within 6 months Take tab. Enzoflam for pain(take only if it's paining and you can take up to twice daily ) Apply mupirocin ointment on the wound after cleaning twice daily.

Apply betadine solution and let it dry. Don't make the wound wet with water. If it's painting alot, take Tab. ACECLOFENAC - SP. only when paining. Not more than 4 tablets to be taken in a day. Clean the wound with dettol or savlon and betadine solution twice a day.
