Swelling at old stitches area
Hi, I met with an accident due to which there was an injury in my foot. Doctor put stitches and later some nurse removed it very badly. Due to which it seems something is left inside skin, and the whole stitches part is swollen, and it pains to touch. Its been 3 years now...
I'm not sure which doctor to consult general physician or surgeon, please help me.

Morng temp is generally lower than evening temperature.
