Weakness and body pain
I feel weakness and legs and back pain. Also I feel burning type in the both feet. I done with some blood test and only found vitamin deficiency. Vitamin b12 is 174 and vitamin d is 29.

Take paracetamol 500mg one every 8 hours for 4 to 5 days
Tab Meco Denz 2.4 microgram per day for 6 to 8 weeks.
Vit D 300,000 I.u. I.m. once every week for a month. Then get levels tested again.
