Tiny lump inside skin pain when touched
It has been 4 days that I noticed a slight pain on my right side of middle chest just below the neck. A tiny lump, It is slightly painful when touched and skin has turned pink. What it could be? I have attached a photo

Is it soft to touch? Try taking tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days, Tab combiflam one  every 8 hours for 5 days after meals. Do some hot compression  2 to 3 times per day. Consult online after taking meds for 3 days.

   As such not seen from pic, may be  some unknown  infection or injury. Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 3 days.  Tab signoflam three times after food for 3 days.
