Tiny lump inside skin pain when touched
It has been 4 days that I noticed a slight pain on my right side of middle chest just below the neck. A tiny lump, It is slightly painful when touched and skin has turned pink. What it could be?

Is it soft to touch?
Try taking tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days,
Tab combiflam one every 8 hours for 5 days after meals.
Do some hot compression 2 to 3 times per day.
Consult online after taking meds for 3 days.
