If your stated age is accurate and you do not have any co-morbidities such as diabetes or heart disease, then you do not currently need to start any medication for your lipid profile.
What you do need is consistent lifestyle modification, including stress management, regular physical activity, and a heart-healthy diet.
If you find it difficult to manage stress on your own, consider consulting a psychiatrist or therapist for support.
Also, if you are experiencing intermittent chest pain, it would be advisable to get an ECG done to rule out any underlying cardiac issues.
