I have just undergone health check and my LDL is 160.
Please advise how to reduce cholesterol.
Also I am overweight. Moderate life style.
Also having fatty liver grade II.
Kindly advise me how to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides.

Avoid fried foods, processed snacks, and red meat.
Increase fiber intake (vegetables, whole grains, legumes).
Use healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, seeds, fatty fish).
Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise (walking, cycling) most days.
