You may need pharmacological treatment for the raised LDL cholesterol along with the healthy diet habits ie avoiding fatty oily food, alcohol Do include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet, lifestyle changes including brisk walking for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week to reduce the weight,a way to reduce the fatty liver as well.

Please seek a formal consultation with a General Physician. Many consultations may be required. At times it may be a lifelong treatment.

Avoid fried foods, processed snacks, and red meat. Increase fiber intake (vegetables, whole grains, legumes). Use healthy fats (olive oil, nuts, seeds, fatty fish). Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise (walking, cycling) most days. As you are overweight and have fatty liver, Lipid-lowering medications will be advised as per your response to these.
