Hi my doctor suggested B29 tablets for b12 deficiency. They are not available in pharmacy please suggest others for level 160 pg/nl

What about your Doctor who advised B29 tablets? Please ask him to revise his opinion. When it is B 12 deficiency then the tablet should also be B 12 , not B 29.
