Do I need to visit doctor?
There are certain parameters which are off in my lab test report .My urea is 15 , GGTP is 47, cholesterol levels are bit increased(217, 230 ,46.5) vitamin D is 70.5, Hba1c is 5.9, TIBC is 431 ,Lymphocytes is 48.80 . Do I need to visit doctor or need any other medical attention other than dietary changes ? I'm mainly concerned about lymphocyte levels and Urea. I'm also experiencing chills and dry mouth since yesterday

Prediabitic Change  life style n diet plan drastically first. Lymphocytes  increase  with whether, a bit cold ,any chronic  problem  so relax Urea is excretory  product  .use plenty of liquid n water to increase output of urine. Dry mouth  sips of water. Or suck dry anwala  or dry plum which produce saliva. As such except  Prediabitic  nothing to worry.

Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Diabetic diet Avoid oily foods and junk foods.

Better to consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and full discussion about your Investigations. You may be harbouring some disease which may be detected by a physical examination but it doesn't give any clear evidence in the investigations.
