Taking Ferium XT for 11 months
Hello, my husband who is 37 years old has been taking Ferium XT for 11 months... got it confused for multivitamins. There are not symptoms as such but we just realised the mistake and are worried. Please suggest.

Its alright body has its own mechanism of absorbing iron according to its need not more or less . Your husband’s extra iron intake would have ended up in your toilet . Don’t worry now .

You can take multivitamins with Ferium XT but timing of taking it should be different
