11 year old with depression??
I have an 11 year old son who I feel may be depressed. He sits around all the time and doesn't want to do anything. Often times, if anybody says anything to him he will start crying. He cries A LOT!!!!! He talked to my husband and said that he doesn't know why he cries, "he just does". I want to have him checked out. When I went to my PCP about the same thing for myself, he just gave me some medicine and moved on. I want better for my son. What kind of doctor should I take him to see??
