Hello, my husband who is 37 years old has been taking Ferium XT for 11 months. Got confused it for multivitamins. We just realised the mistake and worried!! Please suggest

Why was he taking it?
Get Haemoglobin done, if normal stop it. As such 11 months is a long time to take iron supplements.
