My son 4 years old sweat too much.
My son 4 years old sweat too much even in normal temperature specially top of head and face part. Please help me with this.

Children because of their higher body surface area are prone to sweat during feeding, playing and other activities. If the child is otherwise active and accepting feeds, no need to worry
