Not sure what do you mean by inflammation as it is a technical term and has specific definition.

Does it pain on touching?
Take cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5 days
Tab dynapar one every 8 hours, after meals for 4 days.
Apply sumeg ointment over it, 2 to 3 times daily for 5 days.
Next Steps
get blood sugar done both fasting and post meal.
Shave the beard hair around the swelling.
