Hi experts ,
I have been experiencing severe pain in back neck and head it feels like a hangover and head spins alot.
It triggers anytime during the day or sometines once a week or in 2 weeks as soon as I wake up.
I have to take combiflam tablets to fade this out everytime.
I have observed that eating outside or having sugary items at night causes this more. I occasionally drink during business outings as my profession requires,
This neck and head ache starts after that too.
It's been years and it is now its unbearable sometimes and my whole days gets wasted i feel light headed and dozzy when this happens this affects my day to day functions too.
Is it some chronic inflammation Spondylitis?that causes this.
I have some health Anxiety too and this pain adds alot to it.
Please suggest what diagnosis is required to cure or manage this
