Small inner hard lump in the groin area.
I am feeling very small inner lump on the right side between my scrotum and inner thigh. It feels very hard and painless. I'm curious about hernia but feel no pain when I cough or sneeze. Also lump have not changing in size while sitting or standing up or pressing on it. It is very small lump even not visible outside my skin but when I apply little pressure it feels like hard lump inside.
