It could be a scalp folliculitis. As there's no pain, itching, bleeding, observe for a few days before you consult a dermatologist in your area

-The scalp lesion appears like a small localized folliculitis/scalp acne or healing scab from scratching -As there is no pain, bleeding, or itching, it does not currently look serious -Scratching can delay healing and increase risk of infection
Next Steps
-Avoid touching or scratching the area -Use Ketoconazole shampoo 2% twice weekly -You may apply Mupirocin ointment locally 2 times daily for 5–7 days if redness/crusting is present -Keep scalp clean and avoid excessive oil application
Health Tips
-Most small scalp lesions improve gradually with local care -Consult dermatologist if it increases in size, becomes painful, develops pus, or hair loss appears around the lesion -Contact me anytime on Practo for further consultation

This looks like a small scalp folliculitis or a pimple, usually not serious and treatable with the right medication. Avoid scratching or squeezing it. A short course of treatment can clear it completely. Please book a consultation so I can assess it properly and guide you with the exact treatment.
