Small hard lump on right shoulder

Since past 3 weeks, I noticed a small lump on right shoulder, it is hard. I never had such lump previously at this spot, so I am worried. How to cure it and what is this lump.

If if you would have shared a picture of the lamp that would have been very helpful in deciding the further course of action what is the consistency of lump It is firm rubbery hard or is it stony hard is it painful also in the normal condition or is any pain is there while pressing the lump any itching or associated colour change of the above skin over the lump. What is the actual size of lump.
