I have developed small lumps in my right underarm. Please suggest some medicine to cure them. It's painful

Small lump in right underarm suggest of infection of hair follicles caused by Staphylococcus Bacterial infection .
Treatment
Tab ALDIGESIC for pain three times or SOS
Tab AUGMENTIN 625 MG Two times 5 days
Keep the Area clean.
If pus form Drain the pus

Get cbc and blood sugar done and share results.
Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab voveran 50mg one every 8hours for for 3 days, after meals.
Do some cold compression 3 times and hot compression 2 times over the lumps.
Apply sumeg ointment locally, 3 times daily.
If they increase more in size, go for incision and drainage.
