I got scratched by the stray cat 2 days ago..There was light bleeding (few drops of blood)at the site. I rushed to the nearby government hospital and the got TT shot and ARV shot.. Is the Rabies immunoglobulin needed?

I usually scratch my hands and once I scratch I see small bumps. I need to know what test needs to be done if I need to know what I am allergic to

I have some allergy issues and I am currently using Montelukast tablets for allergy occassionally but there is no relief. I also use Glimepiride tablets, Amlip 5 and Gitagliptin+ Metformin tablets for diabetes and BP. I also have itching in the eyes and in the body. I have attached my blood test reports that I have done recently. How to reduce my allergy issues? What could be the reason behind it?

I feel a sharp pain in my throat when I yawn after that immediately I am getting cough. When I cough it makes breathing very difficult (feels like vizzing) sometimes results in vomiting also.

Normally my pulse rate has been around 85-90 but it easily crosses 100 and last month there was a sudden spike to 130.
