Itching and allergy issues. Blood report
I have some allergy issues and I am currently using Montelukast tablets for allergy occassionally but there is no relief. I also use Glimepiride tablets, Amlip 5 and Gitagliptin+ Metformin tablets for diabetes and BP. I also have itching in the eyes and in the body. I have attached my blood test reports that I have done recently. How to reduce my allergy issues? What could be the reason behind it?

Hey gentleman! Your IgE levels are too high. Generally allergy cases need proper detailed talk to rule out the cause of allergy and to treat it properly. I would be happy to talk with you and help you to find the cause of the allergy and cure you from it.
Next Steps
I would suggest to connect with any doctor and treat the cause of allergy!

Allergies can be triggered by dust, pollen, food, pets, weather changes, or skin sensitivity. Since your symptoms persist despite occasional montelukast use, you may need a detailed evaluation and regular anti-allergic treatment. Kindly consult to discuss further treatment plan.
Health Tips
Try to avoid known triggers, keep your surroundings dust-free, use lubricating eye drops if needed, and moisturize the skin regularly
