Myself 31 years Male, my creatinine was 0.89 . But after taking Fenofibrate 160 for 6 months it's now 1.15. Does Fenofibrate increase creatinine??

Hi doctor, I was facing loose stool issue since three weeks and i was on medicine radidom , furobat, flagyl 400 and oflox 200mg. My stool issue is always normal if i go one time . Only get loose stool( like curd consistency. Color is yellow and brown only) if i go 2nd or 3rd in day. I get loo feeling just after eating and feel better after passing motion. I did basic liver and CBC test. Attached report. Please suggest.

Ct thorax for my mother shows that she has necrotic mediastinal lymphadenopathy. "Multiple enlarged pretracheal lymphnodes are seen with cetral non-enhancing areas with suggestive of necrosis largest measures  21 x  11  mm." What does this mean

Multiple enlarged necrotic perigastric  ,aortacaval and paraortic  region  lymph nodes. Multiple  enlarged  lymphnodes  are  seen  in  the  perigastric  ,aortacaval  and  paraortic region  with  central  non-enhancing  area  suggestive  of  necrosis  largest  of  these  measures 17 x 16 mm. Visualised  opacified  stomach  and    intestinal  loops  appears  normal.No  evidence  of  bowel wall thickening of luminal narrowing. What does this mean?

Hi, I am observing for last one week that there is minor swelling in my right leg ankle in the evening. Pain is not there and also after taking rest it become normal. Can you suggest what is the reason because I do not have any symptom. My job is sitting job.

I have had corn problem in both my feet since Aug 2020. With salactin paint it used to reduce and reappear. Right now I am on vacation without easy access to clinics. All my other corn have completely gone while one seem to be hurting me. Pus seems to have formed but luckily it hasn't broken. Earlier a similar thing happened but it subsided on its own without any medicines. Attached is the picture. I have been walking with socks and shoes on. While i thought it was subsiding today it seems to have become a bit bigger. I don't have access to salactin paint. Have been using framycetin. What can I do? I will be back home in two weeks- can I wait until then before consulting a doctor? I don't have diabetes but family history- so I Monitor regularly. Home glucose  test taken two weeks back were well under control.
