My mother is 51year old, yesterday when she was stepping down from the train , she fell , below of her knee cut down by hitting rail gate, we gave tetvac injection, ang wash with sevlon ,applying Tbact cream, is there any medicine kneed at that moment , kindly help, attached picture of the leg.
