I am having mild swelling on legs, feet, hands and on face. Also there is dizziness and syncope with cold hands and feet. What will be the reason?

I have vitamin D - 9.87 ng/ml, which is very low and what supplement should I take? As ideal level is 20 - 50 is considered adequate for healthy people.

Iam 50years old female high bp patient since 8years, iam taking tablet morning as well as night, my bp range always 117/80, 125/85, 135/85, in the home. But when i enter to doctor office my stomach will bloat and rises the bp around to 180/106mmhg recently happened. Always when i go to clinic same thing will happening since from 1year before this i dint saw like this problem, then i will come back to home and i will take rabiwok dsr tablet to reduce my acid reflux then with in 30 to 40 min my bp will comes to normal range. Even iam suffering from gastritis how can i rid of this problem which when i enter to doctor office my stomach will bloat and rises my bp

Having pain in both hands especially backside of palm area...it's like pulling all the nerves...and sometimes in shoulder,fingers too..is it bcz of vitamin deficiency or anything else??!!

So when i wake up in morning i feel breathless and my mom go to gym and my dad in a office that time too so i feel anxious too but if I'm talking to someone over phone that time my breathless is totally gone and I'm fine and good but if someone is not then I feel very bad breathlessness. What is this? I am scared what if nobody's would be there i endup in very bas condition.
