Hi sir im 24 years male today morning i checked my bp  116/ 82 sugar test   fasting 89 , after 106 At evening i feel sudden unsteady feel like falling down, head spinning , dizziness What reason i facing this problem suddenly What to do next sir ?

From last 10 15 days i am facing left butt discomfort and while sitting more i dont know how it happend may be from any exercise in gym it has no hurt but some stiffness there and swelling what is this tell me plz is it normal

From last 7 days continuously I am feeling dizziness while walking around 20 to 30 MTR,after that I have to stand and take rest for next step  Also feeling the same when I am moving my vision from one side to another. feeling my self moving not object .After consulting with doctor taken vertin-16 twice and nootrophil-1200mg twice a day ,but not feeling any relief. I have no ear problem,also checked eye for the same .also done blood test and  all is ok . While sitting and resting feeling good . ECG report is also normal but cholesterol is 299 that why taking  medicine. Kindly help me what it can be problem. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
