Take Uprise D3 60k cap once a week for 8 weeks. Also take Biotin and Vitamin B5 rich supplements like BIOKER PLUS tablet once daily after meal for 3 months. Also do an Iron Profile because even iron deficiency can lead to hair fall and check for dandruff if it's there then apply Danclear Shampoo twice a week for 2 weeks.
