Having symptoms nd taking tablet is not the permanent solution. To find out the route cause is the most important . According to cause we can able to treat it properly.
So to rule out you should take consultation from me on practo. If you know the route cause then you can continue with Tab Vertin 16mg..Thrice a day.. Then twice a day.. Then once a day .. Then you can stop.
I understood your concern and noted the problem as well .I need to ask few more details to make a diagnosis and start treatment and advice which suits you. Pl consult me on Practo , so that I can help you better.book a time slot as per your convenience for consultation.
One has to ascertain the cause of your Giddiness (everythig rotating around you). Whether it is BPPV from your internal ear or you are mistaking something else like blackout feeling of conditions like anaemia, imbalance due to vertebro basilar insufficiency etc. If your feeling is related with head movements and postural changes then it is more likely to be from your internal ear, and you should continue with your ENT Surgeon's advice.
